After entering email address and password, user have to go through an additional layer of security process known as One time Password (OTP) which is sent to users registered email address.
If you are not receiving the OTP, please check if 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)is enabled, If 2FA is enabled, users will need to enter OTP from Google Authenticator App. OTP generated on Google Authenticator App is valid only for 30 seconds. If 2FA is enabled, user will not receive OTP mail in his/her registered email id. However if 2FA is not enabled, OTP would be sent to registered email id. Make sure you check the spam folder, if OTP mail is not there in the Inbox.
