• Launch the CBANX App.
• Select KYC from the Dashboard Menu

• Step 1: User & Mobile verification, Fill up the required details and get OTP. You will receive an OTP in your mobile phone.

                                                   Note: Make sure your Name and Date of Birth matches with your documents.

• Enter OTP which is sent via SMS and click to Submit
• 

• Step 2: Identity Verification, the user can upload either a Passport or a National ID Card.

• Upload the front and back of the Document and Click Submit.

  
  

                                                         Note: The Size of the Document been uploaded should be less then 2 MB.

• Step 3: Upload a Selfie. The last step is to click a selfie and submit. (Please read the instruction before uploading the selfie to avoid rejection)
