Please review the CBANX identification (passport & national ID) document requirements for completing the KYC (know your client) process below:
• On the mobile verification enter your full legal name and date of birth and it must match exactly with your your identification document used.
• CBANX accepts Passport and National ID as types or forms of identification.
• ID must be valid for at least another 3 months from the date of submission.
• Upload identification documents that are less than 2 MB each in size.
• For passport, take BOTH open pages
(note: in some countries there are a 2nd set of required passport pages to upload as well)
• For national ID, take BOTH sides (front & back)
