In rare cases balance may go missing after an app update. Before contacting support please make sure:
- You have a working Internet Connection, as at times if the Internet is slow the app may not be able to sync with the server hence missing balance.
 - Logout from the App and then Login.
 - Clear cache and Data of the App from the phone Settings.
 - Login with same Email id and Password.
 - Go to Wallet tab and check your balance
