In rare cases balance may go missing after an app update. Before contacting support please make sure:

  1. You have a working Internet Connection, as at times if the Internet is slow the app may not be able to sync with the server hence missing balance.
  2. Logout from the App and then Login.
  3. Clear cache and Data of the App from the phone Settings.
  4. Login with same Email id and Password.
  5. Go to Wallet tab and check your balance
